    Brilliant shop! I bought a dropper post from them and they installed it for me. Bit of a mistake (completely my fault, not theirs!) in the sizing of the post I had ordered but they sorted out the right one for me incredibly quickly and make sure everything was perfect. Absolutely thrilled with their service and will definitely be returning.

    Very poor service from one of their mechanics - he didn't seem very motivated to help, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Failed to solve the problem with my bottom because he blamed the wrong part. And the a few weeks later I discovered a part missing from my bike which he denied having touched but this can't be true as the part was on the bike when it went into the shop and I hadn't removed myself. His theory that maybe it was stolen is total rubbish since that would meant the thief carefully removing and replacing the rear rear wheel. I won't be going back to this shop again.
