    Today I went to enquirer about a Range Rover velar after making a prior appointment. To my surprise, nobody was there to assist me. The person who talked to me on the phone and made my appointment gave me all the wrong information. Finally I could manage to see somebody, but it was as if I was just a burden on them and I could make out very clearly that they were not willing to share any kind of information regarding my purchase. I had booked a test drive but the sales person asked if I really wanted a test drive, he asked me the same question 3 times (highly unprofessional). I could also see lots of sales persons sitting in one room, possibly having a meeting, but I don't think when you have a meeting you sit on the tables! Very unprofessional again, as far as the brand name is concerned. Finally I did manage to get a test drive with my family and came back with the sales person to discuss the figures. I will not say he was rude, but highly uninterested in his job, as he was very reluctant to answer any of my queries, (probably he thought we are not capable of buying a Range Rover) even my 16 year old daughter (who was with me at that moment) could feel that he was not acting very professionally at all. He was not ready to discuss anything about the configuration of the car but instead told me to go home and finalise the configuration, possibly he was in some hurry which was beyond my understanding as there were no other customers to serve. My family as a whole felt that we were unwelcome there.

    The customer service at Hunters Land Rover was outstanding. All the staff were very polite and professional and looked after all our needs. Especially Dan, (sales) who was very helpful, helping us choose the right vehicle. The handover was superb. Would like to say a big thank you to all, and we are enjoying our new car.
