    Extremely difficult to actually book an appointment

    If you need an appointment same day you have to stand outside from before 8am (in the cold and/or rain depending upon the weather. Sometimes 20+ people are standing waiting. Patients are then let in to know their new appointments (that's if they haven't run out). Then if your new appointment is set for later in the morning you need to go back home or to work and then come again! later (and wait for another 20 minutes at least. Extraordinary! I was once told by a fat doctor there that I was overweight. Hilarious! Once received quite a cold manner from one doctor - possibly cos I'm not from the Asian community. The next patient was and suddenly the doctors manner noticeably changed. Many improvements need.
